Managing Your Network

Let's swap the word 'Managing' for 'Maintaining'.

In other words you're not so much managing your network of contacts but ensuring you remain in regular contact, are well up to date with what they're up to - and vice versa.

Regular contact means a call or visit every now and again - not to sell anything but just to say hello. 'Hello' usually leads to other topics that invariably lead to what's going on in the Market / Economy / Country / World. It is during such conversations that you can subtly give credence to your capabilities.

Please note - Managing Your Network Is A Continuous Exercise.

Aims are Fourfold;

1. Build Friendship / Relationship

2. Build Their Trust In You as a person

3. Build Their Trust In Who You Are and What You Do

4. Build Their Trust In Your Ability To Add Value
