The best Sales Men / Women are Excellent Negotiators. Over the next three days we will look at three key components of Effective Negotiation;

Before negotiating it is important to ask yourself the following question;
"Do I want Repeat Business, or is this a Hit and Run?"
If you want Repeat Business then you should always focus on Negotiating for a Win Win Solution. In other words a solution that both parties are happy with.
There's nothing wrong with wanting to do a big Hit and Run, but you should always bear in mind that the money will run out one day; and when it does you'll most likely need to come back into play.
When negotiating it is always best to find Win Win solutions.
